Hey does anyone know of a good webiste with a cheap but yet performance wise high-flow cat? or else i'm thinking about basically taking a pip and sliding it in my cat so its basically not there.... so if you could help me find a LEGAL high flow cat then please help me get a website so i can order 1, unless 1 of you guys out there have a high flow cat for a 91 civic hatch si, i would be glad to buy from you, just show pictures or proof that it is a high-flow one, thanks guys!\.
