The washer motor is located inside the front bumper, on the left side... if you get under the left side of the bumper, just in front of the tire, you'll see the plastic linning... remove the plastic and the washer resivor is right there, the pump is on the bottom of the tank.

You may have to take the whole fender linning off to work on it easily.
