1) What are your plans for the car? Bolt-ons/All-motor/Forced induction?
2) Are you a "loud-exhaust" type or "slightly-louder-than-stock" type?
3) Do you like 4" tips or prefer to avoid the attention of cops?
Those 3 are usually good starting points when you're asking for advice on something general such as exhaust.
