A transformer is an inducing device. You hook up 5 volts to one side of the transformer and it induces 4.7 into the otherside. I'd have to sit and do the math to figure it out. I'm not sure it would be right though. You may want to talk to an electrical engineer, I'm just an industrial... Sorry I can't be more help.
