My friend just got a vigor and he wants to sell it, has no time for it.

its 92 gots over 200k but starts and runs great!
Interior is the cleanest ive ever seen with leather interior

only it has some problems..

needs Hood, Front Bumper, Headlights, Fenders...

he wants to get rid of it for $500 and it is driveable...

what are your thoughts on it? is it a good buy im sure I could part it out for more than $500 but maybe i want to finish it.. how hard are vigor parts to find? anyone out there have any of these parts cheap.. please let me know.. thanks
