Helms, which can only be bought at helminc.com, are the factory service manuals. Haynes, are an "aftermarket" service manual, and can be bought at any local autoparts shop.

When it comes down to it, Helms is the official factory shop manual with detailed instructions (~1500pgs), and well worth the extra $$.
