With that kind of tire wear and noise i'm sure your going to find some major play in your suspension on that side if you jack that side of the ground and check for play by grabbing your tire and pulling and pushing ont he top and bottom of the tire. Usually a low grumbling noise indicates a wheel bearing. Outside tire wear indicates excessive toe out or positive camber. Usually the way the double wish bone suspension works you shouldn't get excessive positive camber because most likely it will go negative if the suspension fails, but if you hit something recently it's posible that you bent something. Also have you recently got your rotors changed if so do you have an accord between the years of 90-97 because if that is the case i'll be willing to put money on it that whoever changed your rotors last imporperly removed them. In fact les shwab got sued because of the way they screwed up honda's during brake jobs. Anyway best thing to do is trace it back to when the noise first happened and thing about what you did around that time or who worked on it, next raise it up and check for greese or excessive play.
