Oh yeah I remember that....thought the name was familiar

It could be a warped rotor or possibly a wheel bearing.

Get the rotors checked to make sure they are true or at least in good shape, if they are then you may want to check to see if the bearings are packed correctly.

Sometimes it sounds like a constant rubbing sound.

As for the toe in....get an alignment fool
