Seems like the more mods I do to my suspension, the more it squeaks.

You can always benefit from a new set of struts. That may fix the RR squeak.

As for the whining sound, is it the actual steering wheel or is the sound coming more from the engine bay? If it's from the bay, it's probably your power steering pump. Make sure the fluids are all at their correct level and get a manual so that you can bleed the steering fluid lines.
