Camber kit is your friend.
I did mine and have had the same set of tires on for more than a year with no uneven wear.
Also you may need an alignment but if you get the camber kit then the shop that installs it will most likely have to realign it afterwards and its usually a part of the price.
As for the tire wear my guess is that it is rubbing up under the wheel well. Run your hand up underneath it and see if there is any wear spots on the liner.
If you recently put a lowering kit on it then it may have settled. Regardless of what the companies claims are (H&R is good for this) they will settle some and sit lower than the initial drop.
