I don't think they make any aftermarket adjustable shocks for the 03s yet. Check the air in your tires could be low on air. 
Actually if the ride is too harsh, it may still have too much air in the tires from the initial transport to the dealership. Ive heard tons of times where the dealership forgot to lower the pressures to the normal driving pressures prior to delivery.
