Okay once you get your tools and parts ready
Jack up the rear and use your jack stands.
Get your can of WD 40 and spray the sway bar bolts let is set for 5 mins. Below is a picture of the nut and bolt. Use the tools listed on the picture.

you may bend your allen key because its hella rusty down there.
