For the price... I would definitely go with the SilverStars... I put them in my friends car and they were a HUGE improvement over stock. I would bet that the PIAA's would be a little better. But a friend of mine has some PIAA's and my $25/pair Showoff's off of eBay kick their ass! If you want a name brand then get the SilverStars, but if you want really really white, bright, and illegal for that matter... get something off eBay. Just my two cents.
