Sounds like the "Silver Series" Civic that I have seen outside this Honda dealership here in MN...it is just an automatic EX with upgrades like leather, chrome (15") rims, and a few other things. It looks pretty nice, until you look at the price, which is over 23g's, or about 6 g's (supposedly ~ 2 g's for leather) 
more than a stock EX. No wonder it has been sitting at the stealership for over a month.
