What do you want? If your running on steel wheels and don't like it, get the rims. If you don't want you car to look stock (I have no idea what your car looks like) and like CF hood's, get the hood. Personally, I'd get the hood. Si wheels are nice, but there are better alternatives in the aftermarket. Seeya.
