i wouldn't worry too much about the difference in height. all springs can't drop it level at all four corners. on my pro kit, in the front...my driver side sits a tad higher than the passenger side. and on my previous drop with progress springs...in the rear driver side i could fit two fingers in the gap, and in the passenger side..i could barely fit two fingers in the gap. yes they do settle at different rates. i'm sure only you can notice the difference in height because it's your car, other people won't really notice.

hrm i just read ur post again, and if it seems like the PERCHES are at different grooves, then ya...ur screwed..sorry. haha. You can't adjust the perches without takin the whole shock/spring assembly apart. i say you jus go back to that stupid shop and raise hell again....but i kno ur fed up with everything already, so maybe take it to another shop and have it looked at?
