I'll check out some of those places. Scuderi Auto Body on 355 has done wonders with other cars of mine that have been in accidents, so I may talk to them as well.

As for the $3K paintjobs, I've heard of them here in MD too. It all depends on if they are removing the old paint or not and what kind of prep work (masking, removing parts, etc) goes into the job. For $500 anyone will throw new paint on old paint. $3K is the link of paint job you'd need on a historic car you're restoring.
