With a fairly stock car (by that, I mean just bolt ons), you will bog quite a bit if you launch any lower than 3K. With my stage 2, I have dropped it at everything between 3K and 5K with results that really only differ a little. 4200 or so seems to work the best so I don't get a much wheel spin, yet don't bog...
