Energy Suspension makes rear trailing arm bushings that reuse the metal parts. Prothane makes complete trailing arm bushings that allow you to just press the old ones out and press the new ones in. The Prothane ones are obviously more expensive. Unfortunately, I've never done this mod myself so I can't speak from experience. This is where others can chime in.
