Default 4 Ohms Speakers - 2 Ohms AMP, what to do??? NEED HELP :)

it's been a while, now i'm back, how's every1?

okie, I got these frebies:

2x 6.5" 4Ohm (200 Watts Max Each)
2x 6x9" 4 Ohms Speakers (350 Watts Max each)
4-Channel 250x4 = 1000 watts max Amp.

I know, I know, I couldn't find the RMS on the speakers, since these are freebies i got from my cousin oversea, nomanuals, no nothing. Can any1 tell me what to do for that setup so that I can have a good output, but not shorten the life of the speaker and the amp.

First I thought of bridging, but then again, I got confused and though that would bridging would bring the Impedance input down by HALF, but would it be for the speakers or the amp, if It brought the Speakers Impendance down to 2ohms each then it would match the Amp perfectly, if It brought the amp down, then it's hella lot problem. . Please help me out ASAP.

thanks again

Kay
