cheapo lazy sunday suggestions:

grind rust with dremmel and re-apply white primer (my personal fav)

remove intake resonator and the bottom half of the air-box (sounds cool)

Hunt down previous owner's bad wiring and abandoned electronics components and remove them.

Summer only-- go to the empty parking lot at the mall with autocross notebook and air compressor in pursuit of a better setup
