I'd go with a straight up GsR. I wouldn't get too fancy swaping cranks and such as Inspyral suggested, as it costs a significant amount of money to open the motor up, and if you're thinking of running a bolt on turbo kit, that extra bit of stroke wont help you too much anyway. I'd get a 92-95 vx hatch, as that is an almost perfect candidate for a GsR swap. Swap a GsR in there. Never go with a B16 in a hydro car. You've gotta see it this way. Are you planning to tune your engine anyway? A B16 (2nd gen) swaps cost from anywhere from $2000 to $2500. A GsR (with 10 more horsepower and 20 more ft-lbs of torque) costs around $3000-$3500. How much money would you have to invest in a B16 to get 10 more horsepower. $1000 on a set of cams maybe? $300 on a intake, $300 on a header, and $600 on an exhaust? Buy a GsR..
