a CAI is a CAI, plain and simple, only thing that makes one better than the other is the filter. Get a K & N filter no matter what CAI you go with, it's a bit costly, but you won't ever have to buy another filter cause you can just clean it and its like new. And they flow so much more air than paper filters.
