Do we/you know exactly what your specific problem with the heads is? Is there cracks? Are they warped? Is it the valvetrain? I'd have to look into some stuff and research to see if the 3.2L C series engines have heads that are interchangeable with the 3.5L C series engines. As far as heads that will fit and function your looking at the C series engines only.
