my car is shaking like hell now. but that's b/c when i was trying to change out the CV drive axles (seemingly easy job), we fukced up the bearings on the Intermediate Shaft when trying to get the Inner CV Joint housing from the driver side off.
so i'm pretty sure all that's wrong with mine is that I need to replace either the bearings in the intermediate shaft, or the intermediate shaft all together.
and yeah, it does seem to shake even more when coasting (and in gear). if I put it in neutral and let it coast, it rolls perfectly. so it's gotta be my drive axle.
but i don't see how anything can go wrong with you guys driveaxles if you didn't do the dumb shiit i did when changing the drive axles out. I beat like hell on the Inner CV Joint housing that was seemingly welded into the Intermediate Shaft. The thing should've just popped right out like the Passenger side did. But something must've gotten messed up with the spring clip or something. I mean, it had been 165k miles on those driveaxles so all kinds of stuff could've gotten into that joint and welded them together if the seals or something went bad. I mean, we do get all kinds of snow and salt on the roads here.
