Well I've done some thinking and I might go with the Velox VX-8r's. THey are a 16" rim. However, they weight 21 pounds. The VX-8's weigh 23 pounds (17 inches). From looking at other rims, I see that this is quite heavy. I was looking at only spending a grand or so on tires/rims, seeing that all I will really be doing is street driving til I can set the car up for the track, which at that time it will ONLY be a track car. So i dunno, I like the looks of the Velox 8's however I dont know if im willing to put 23 pound rims on my car. Shrugs.
How about the Buddy Club P1 Racing SF wheels. The 17's only weigh 17lbs. and the 15's weigh in at 12lbs. You can get a set of 17's for 700 and a set of 15's for 500 (prices are w/o tires).
Unfortunately, there are no 16's available.
