Ok guys... I got nailed this morning... I don't get it!
Why is it whenever you aren't speeding much, or you are doing something justified you get nailed for it? I have done 130 mph of I-95 with my cruise control on (when I was young and stupid... 2 years ago), but I got a reckless driving ticket this morning for 'aggressively changing lanes to get around a tailgating jack*ss who was constantly slamming on his brakes.
I was going 90 in a 50 apparently by the time I got by them and got pulled over. The kicker though is it was on I-76 west in philadelphia where the avg speed in the left hand lane is around 80.
What should I do? Fight it... pay it ($270

)... or try and weasel out of it... I never signed the ticket saying I recieved it... the cop never gave me a chance to... he gave it to me and left.
HELP!!!
