From what I can remember, is the ctr intake is more aggressive than itr cam. The exhaust cams on itr and ctr are the same. So if you got a b18 and wanna stay oem ctr intake and exhaust. When I had my 97 gsr and did a poor mans itr, I purchased an itr head from the local forums. Itr cams, itr pistons and I couldn't afford a real itr ecu or Hondata. So got a odb 2 to odb 1 conversion harness and got a chipped p28 ecu. That probably affected my hp some. But ran pretty good. If could've gotten an si or itr tranny for the lower gears that would've made a better improvement in acceleration than the gsr tranny.
