lucky for you I have an extra Honda wire harness.

I'm looking at the stock deck (this is an 96-00 deck, btw, but should be universal with all honda's).

There's the main plug in the middle of the unit. There's a total of 12 prongs in it. 4 on the top left, 4 on the top right, 3 on the bottom left, 2 in the bottom middle, and 3 on the bottom right.

the remote power (or power antenna. whatever) is on the top right grouping of prongs, 3rd prong from the left.
