I need some help with this Car, The only way it will start is with a little starting fluid ... Has a new Fuel Pump, New Disturber, what is wrong with this thing, I can drive it around just fine for hours, but if I stop some where for 20 minutes the dam thing won't start,

Can anybody give some input on this
