Hi, I am hoping someone can help me out with an issue I posted previously but have some new info on.

So just got the oil changed for the 1st time since My Mom bought a used 2012 Accord automatic about 3 months ago. They used a bosch distance oil filter and Mobil 1 full synthetic 0W20. Almost immediately after started idling rough-but only when its in drive-when in park runs really smooth like it used to when it was in drive. Since then i've also noticed it seems to lag on acceleration-Best I can describe is it feels like you are driving in a higher gear than you should be-like if you were driving a manual in 5th but should be in 4th and were trying to accelerate that way. Please help if you can I appreciate any ideas. By the way there are no check engine lights or anything to help me diagnose it.
