to get the HID bulbs (I assume D2R) fit, you'll have to pull your stock or aftermarket H4 rings out, and then glue them to the HID bulbs.
As for the housing, you can do nothing about it. Our Civic headlight housings are designed for halogen bulbs. You can build a shield for the bulb to reduce glare.

hrmmm i don't know about the whole pulling the h4 ring out and glueing it to the bulb
