AND, about adding the online retail yourself... my company is actually the one that did their site. I too am a web designer, and have already tried to get him to bite on expanding the site, to no avail. TRUST ME, if I can't get him to budge, no one can!

gosh..i missed this whole post you put up. I'll answer a couple of your questions....
I see why he wants to keep his company like that, its a better experience for the customer that way. Even though he can be making alot more profits by going global, its all his choice!
Our company is very new actually. Right now we are focusing on the IT side of Digital Saints which is called DS Tek, a subsidary of Digital Saints. Digital Saints Media is our web/graphic/print/animation/film/broadcast division. We have alot of plans for the future. The site is under heavy construction, it should be up by the end of february, but i cant guarantee that.
As far as collaboration goes, tell us what u might want to outsource for and we can see what we can do. We do everything from logo's to full 3d animation, its a basically do-all-be-all computer design company. I dont think there's one thing we cant do with a computer
