If you are going to run 10 pounds of turbo, a 2.5 inch exhaust is not going to be enough.... especially on a B16. If I were you, I wouldnt mess with exhaust untill you decide when you are going to boost it.

For N/A, the Tanabe is an awesome system... I had one on an integra gs-r that i had, and loved it!!!!!! 2.5 inch would be fine, and im sure that if you just bought the super racing mediallion muffler and had the rest of the exhaust custom made it would rock arse!!!

For turbo... go with a 3 inch downpipe, and a full 3 inch exhaust, into either a thermal or an apexi N1 muffler with a 3 inch inlet. You definitely do NOT want to go with a twin canister muffler if you are going the turbo route... the less bendy and restrictive the better for both power and spool time.

As for the 16's... definitely drop the car before you throw rims on it... the del sols sway really badly if you put larger and wider rims on the stock suspension. A good drop for a del sol is anywhere between 1.8 and 2.5 depending on taste.

If you like the rims, keep them... 16's look really well balanced on the del sol... not to big and flashy, but not too small either. The drop will make them look a billion times better than they did when you had them on before.. but i would stay away from 18's on a sol... it can be done, but not without some headaches, rubbing, and eventually replacing the clutch (just too heavy).

Oh... one more thing... for a short shifter, I (have and) would personally buy a shifter for a 94-00 Integra, and cut several inches off of the top, and re-dye it for the shift knob. the bottom is much longer on those, wich makes your shifts really quick and solid... BUT MAKE SURE TO DO THIS BEFORE THE EXHAUST IS MADE, TO AVOID THE BOTTOM OF THE SHIFTER HITTING THE EXHAUST!!!! <- very important.

You have a very awesome car, and very good and well-thought plans for it (other than the neons, in my humble opinion).

Good luck....Hope this helps at all.

By the way... be sure to post pics of the angel eyes and the carbon fiber panel... i cant wait to check them out!!!!
