I'll kinda tell you why!

I can't afford them chromie thangs like the ballers. I mean, if you ain't sittin' on twenty-somthin', then why bother.

And those racing alloy rims, that ain't how we do it. You can't pull up in the joint on no racing rims. You gotta have dem wind mills and what not.

So since I can't compete with them wheel-spinnin' mufukcas, i figure I'll just do my own thing.

If I do the 4-lug to 5-lug conversion, I can easily cop dem acura 3.2 TL 16" rims and drop my tires down to a 205/50-16 on that 16" x 6.5" rim. If I get lucky and find some Acura 17" rims, then I can drop all the way down to a 45 or even 40 series tire and widen dat biitch all the way out to a 235 series.

And the honda dealership has a niiiiiiic 17", 5-lug rim available. But I ain't about to pay dealer price for it. Maybe I'll get lucky and find one on Ebay or something.

Plus the OEM Premium Alloys are easier to care for. Not to mention, they were specifically designed to complement/accentuate the curves of Honda/Acura vehicles.

I mean, people are always selling their OEM 16" rims from their Acuras. If I could do the conversion, then I could pick up a pair cheap and put on my Accord.

And it can't be thaaaaat hard. Yes, I do have all disc brakes. And the 5th Gen V6 Accord has the same frame with 5 lug rims. So it can't be thaaaat hard to do the fitment. I mean, it's really only a question of how much stuff I have to replace.
