Though this is true, it'd take a HUGE puddle for it to actually hydro-lock your engine.

We've all heard the stories, maybe 2 or 3 stories....now take those 3 stories and divide that by the amount of people who have CAI's. You have a nth of a percent chance of hydro locking.
