no, they can range anywhere from 2.5" to 3.5" in diameter. Most standard CAIs, especially for the accord is a 2.5" though. The pipping is alluminum so yeah, ur gonna have to cut it. Make sure you sand down the edges and clean out the inside of the pipping really good before you put the intake back in. Metal shavings and cylinders don't do too well with one another.
