Rear Disc Brake Swap

Advantages:
looks better than drums
brake proportioning easier to adjust (racing advantage)
reduces brake dive

Disadvantages:
heavier than drum setup
greater rotational interia due to rear discs (slows acceleration a little)

for a normal road car upgrading the front brakes will be much more effective
