have you tried pumping the clutch a few times before engaging it into gear?

also check your clutch fluid levels.


i had the same problems before...I didnt drive the car for a few days and the shifter didnt want and cannot go into gear at all...i had to pump it a few times.

...as for the clutch pedal not giving resistance....my problem was that the slave cylinder for my clutch was leaking fluid...and my fluid level was almost down to empty.
