i really cant say if your clutch is bad or not, if you think it is, then get a new one. and about that exedy clutch, if you go to the dealer that is what you will be getting, an exedy or some other brand name, honda doesnt make there clutches, honda will sell you aftermarket oem spec clutches. for a $100 its a good deal, the package will cost you about $130 from the dealer if you have a connection, if you dont its more expensive. i bought the exedy clutch as shown in the ebay auction. came with everything i needed, just waiting to install it. i believe the throwout bearing from the dealership alone is about $55 or so.

all d15 and d16z6,y7,y8 use the same clutch.
