1) Expect performance similar to an LS/VTEC with those mods, with better reliability, of course.

2) If you're building it as an N/A application, the GSR tranny should be fine. If you want factory LSD and shorter gearing, you can go with a 4.40 R tranny. If you want even shorter gearing, you can go with a 4.785 R tranny.
3) Theoretically, this setup should be stronger than a stock B18C5/R. If you figure 15% drivetrain loss, the 200hp JDM B18C-R puts out around 170whp, whereas the setup above puts out closer to 180whp. Of course all engines are different and some run stronger than others fromt he factory. Tuning is also a factor.
