Yes you can, the cables are attached to the calipers. You are supposed to punch them out I guess but a lot of them are seized. I just drilled out the metal part and put a screw in to hold it for the new calipers...

i still wouldn't want to switch out the tegs e brake cable for a crx one...i'd rather leave it to oem honda...the teg cables are only slightly longer and with a creative mind when running them back to the passenger compartment the slack can be easily be disguised w/o having the extra step of finding a crx e-brake cable and all the extra work of drilling
