The radiator, no not at all. you just have to:

Drain the coolant system
remove all of the hoses connected to the radiator
remove the resivuar
remove the upper mount
slide it out

Also be sure to remove any wiring going to the fan

That should be it. Just take a look at it, it can't be that hard.
