Hondata only allows you to tune the timing map of the stock ECU, it doesn't affect the strength of the spark.

That said, the stock ignition should be able to deliver adequate spark for your motor. If you want to get some more juice I would look into an MSD Blaster coil and one of those distributor caps they sell that comes with an external coil post already installed, i.e. this:
