I have ground controls. I lowered the front about 1.25" and the rear about 1" and then got an allignment to correct everything. When I autox, I lower the front about another .75" for better front traction. My tires have held up fine, and my alignment shop said they'd have no problem correcting camber and toe with a 1.5" drop(or even a little more)
