You could run low boost with that turbo and have it run pretty well. You would need an adapter flange for that inlet though, since it uses a 3-bolt flange. He's giving you the downpipe elbow, so it should be pretty easy to fab up a dp. It looks like a standard T3 flange, so you could run any T3 flanged manifold, and then swap in a larger T3 flanged turbo later on if you want.
