I'm not exactly sure what they do but all I know is that there is a bum on every street corner (literally, there is one right by my house where 3 or 4 bums are ALWAYS begging) and they all wear orange "homeless voice' teeshirts.
I hate them. I feel sorry for them; just because they look so dirty and pathetic.
But screw them; I really hate people who beg for money. Don't ask me for anything- it is money I have earned.
Anyone can go stick a can in your face and ask for change.
I just wish they would dissapear. If you aren't going to impact the community in a positive way; just go live your last days underneath a causeway and leave everyone alone.
I'm down in Miami as well, and there's way to many ****in bums here. but thats why i live on Brickell Avenue, so there won't be any ****in bums near my apartment!
and its true all they ****in do is buy liquor with the $$$ you nieve people give them.
the only $$$ I'd ever give them would be a counterfiet $50 or $100, then when they go to the liquor store to spend it, they'll get their ass thrown in jail and charged with a federal offense.
