not just that, but cutting the perch like that probably voids the warranty on the struts. I not only want the perch flipped correctly, i want a new perch that isnt cut. And that spring is under extreme load sitting that low.... i wonder if thats ok? Hey, there should be some compensation here, i should get my money back on the install.... how can they just decide to cut something?? and not even disclose it at all?? They shouldnt be cutting anything to begin with.... ALL they needed to do was READ the directions.... the instructions chearly state all of this, and have clear pics showing the proper direction.
