Elit what you are saying is true for OEM US-Spec headlights only.

USC was referring to aftermarket projector headlamps. No matter what bulb you use, the beam pattern is horrible on those things. Also JDM headlamps blind oncoming traffic as is. HIDs in them will only amplify the problem, and probably get you pulled over.
