the kit pushed out stock 5.psi. Haven'y dynoed my car at all with the kit on but most people did push around 150 hp to the wheels and more. A 50 hp increase is well noticed in a Civic.
at 5 pounds unintercooled a d16y8 turbo should put down about 140 whp 130 torque to the wheels...and yes it is noticable.
